A clear image can still leave the model uncertain
Imagine saving a hydraulic press image for an internal purchasing discussion, then placing a model specification beside it. The presentation looks complete, but the image and the selected model may represent different configurations. Before the image becomes part of an enquiry or approval document, make clear what it illustrates and what the written specification actually confirms.
The company brochure explicitly identifies the frame-guide forging press image as a series reference image and says the illustrated model may differ from the configurations listed. It requires confirmation of the required model and final specifications in the order contract. That boundary should follow the image whenever you use it for comparison.
An unlabeled image can create an unsupported assumption
If an internal document presents an illustration as an exact machine offer, later readers may treat visible details as agreed equipment. A written model reference does not resolve that assumption by itself. Keep the image caption, selected model and open configuration questions together, so the purchasing record shows what remains to be confirmed.
For a hypothetical buyer comparing forging equipment, this means separating the visual discussion from the specification discussion. The image can identify the series under consideration. The named model entry supplies reference parameters. The order contract is where the required model and final specifications are confirmed, rather than inferred from the picture.
Use a model entry as a labeled reference
The company brochure lists JLHK2-500T with main cylinder force of 500 ton, main stroke of 500 mm and opening height of 800 mm. It separately lists worktable L–R of 800 mm and worktable F–B of 800 mm. These values belong to that reference model entry; they are not measurements taken from the cover illustration.
Keep each label attached to its value when copying the entry into an enquiry. Stroke and opening height remain different fields even when you are reviewing them together. Preserve the separate table directions as well. The brochure says reference parameters vary by model, so a value copied from another row should not silently enter the selected model specification.
Separate series features from the selected arrangement
The company brochure describes the frame-guided press as designed for cold extrusion, hot forging and imprint forming, with pressure, stroke and pressing time adjustable to the forming process. These statements introduce the series. They do not establish that a particular illustrated arrangement matches the requirements of your workpiece and dies.
The company brochure also describes a circulating cooling system as optional. That wording matters during purchasing: a listed option should stay an open configuration item until it is confirmed for the selected machine. Do not use the existence of a series feature or an image detail as evidence that an option is included in a quotation.
For a clearer enquiry, place the named model, copied reference fields and required options in distinct parts of your purchasing notes. Then describe the workpiece material, forging process and die dimensions, which the company brochure requests for discussion of capacity and operating stroke. Use only technical material you are authorized to share.
Questions to resolve before the order
Can I identify the exact model from the cover?
The cover is an approved AI series illustration. Its caption should remain a series description, without an invented exact model identification. The brochure warns that its illustrated model may differ from listed configurations.
Are the brochure reference values enough for the contract?
They provide a starting point for discussion. The brochure requires confirmation of the selected configuration and final specifications in the order contract. Keep unresolved requirements visible until that confirmation is recorded, including any options discussed during the enquiry.
