ABOUT MERIT
Hydraulic machinery. From process to press.
Merit Industrial Co Ltd designs, manufactures and supplies hydraulic machinery from Liaobu, Dongguan, China. Our range covers multi-directional forging, drawing, punching, forming, press fitting and specialized production applications. We start with the material, part and process, then discuss the press structure and configuration required for the job.
Our main focus is medal and commemorative coin production, cold forging, C-frame pressing and trimming. The wider range includes deep drawing, powder forming, composite hot pressing, press assembly, jewelry and medal production, counterweight forming and custom hydraulic machinery.

MACHINERY EXHIBITIONS
See the equipment. Discuss the process.
Machinery exhibitions provide a setting to look at press structures, controls and application options. The collage shown here uses digitally adapted brochure photos. For a discussion about your own project, send your part drawing, material, process and tooling information directly to Merit.
Start with your part and process.
Send the material, part dimensions, forming task, tooling information and required press force, if known. We will discuss the configuration and next steps for your application.

QUALITY INSPECTION
Strictly Following ISO Testing Procedures
We strictly follow ISO testing procedures across four inspection areas: worktable checks, incoming steel inspection, internal component inspection and electrical control box testing. Concentricity and worktable flatness checks help maintain high-precision working surfaces.
Incoming steel is checked for surface hardness to support hydraulic press guiding accuracy. Internal component checks help reduce machine damage caused by improper internal processing. Electrical control boxes are inspected to help maintain stable operation of the electrical system.

PRODUCTION WORKSHOP
From components to assembled presses.
The production workshop brings together press assembly and machine preparation. Different frame structures and working arrangements support different forming tasks. Alongside the machine, tooling, automatic feeding and robotic handling options can be discussed for a production line. The selected machine and any additional equipment are confirmed for each project.
QUALITY INSPECTION
Checks that follow the machine.
The inspection approach described in the company brochure includes checks on materials, components, worktables and electrical controls. Requirements for the selected press, including any inspection or acceptance criteria, should be agreed in the technical specification.

01 Material and guide components
Incoming material and surface-hardness checks support the review of guide components.

02 Worktable and alignment
Concentricity and worktable-flatness checks form part of the inspection process.

03 Component inspection
Internal component inspection helps identify issues before they affect the machine.

04 Electrical controls
Control-cabinet checks support verification of the electrical system.
